Although we are not a cooperative school, we welcome parent participation at every level - and strongly encourage all parents to support our school in some capacity!

Parents may choose to:

Serve on the Board of Directors

Volunteer in the classroom

Provide snacks

Chaperone field trips

Help with our fundraising and social events

Pumpkin Farm  Children will explore the pumpkin farm and will bring home their own pumpkin.

Breadsmith  The children will learn the bread-making process, have a hands-on project and enjoy a taste for themselves.

Holiday Party  Families will be welcome to join the children as they perform their favorite holiday songs.  We will also enjoy snacks and a visit from Santa!

David Stokes is a naturalist, comedian and educator who teaches through songs, stories, riddles and hands-on discovery.

North Shore Fire Station  The children will get a tour and behind the scenes look at the Fire Station.

Post Office The children will get a behind the scenes peek at how the Post Office works.

North Shore Library  We'll visit the North Shore Library and enjoy story time with the great librarians.

Father/Grandfather Celebration Students bring their father and/or grandfather for fun themed event.

Schlitz Audubon Nature Center The children will enjoy a program and a hike at the nature center.

Mother/Grandmother’s Day Tea  Students are joined by their mothers and/or grandmothers for a special day of snacks and crafts.
